Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Goddess Cake Recipe
This decadent cake is made with almond flour….and is sure to be a winner in your home if you have chocolate lovers who are attempting to live the gluten free way. The best thing about this recipe…it’s even BETTER the second day, unlike other cakes and pastries!
Ingredients you will need:
12 ounces bittersweet or dark chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces (6 oz. butter)
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla extract
7 large organic free-range eggs
1 cup organic light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup organic white cane sugar
1/4 cup organic unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup almond flour
